    The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

    “H. B. 4541 – “A Bill to amend and reenact §30-6-5 and §30-6-17 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to the regulation of funeral services; requiring the board to implement a public education program to make consumers aware of their rights with respect to selecting a funeral service; requiring the board to post consumer information on its website and to provide the information in paper format to funeral establishments; requiring funeral establishments to provide the consumer information to consumers purchasing their services; and prohibiting a funeral director who is subject to disciplinary action from supervising an apprentice.”
